This form is to be used by prospective sponsors to submit a proposal for a practicum project in the Master of Decision Analytics - Professional Track program. You may submit more than one proposal (use a separate form for each proposal). If you need to update the proposal, you can make another submission. The most recent one will be the final proposal. Any proprietary information provided by the participating organization, the project sponsor, will be considered confidential.

Nondisclosure Form
will be signed by all VCU parties working on the project.
When the application is accepted, sponsor agrees to pay the project fee: $10,000 for-profit organizations (public or private), $0 for non-profits. This fee offsets costs of faculty participation and other project expenses.
A $1,000 discount will be applied for projects connected to students or alumni of the VCU DAPT program.
