Virtual ICP - 2022 Sharon & Baxter Phillips Scholarship Application

The School of Business is offering the Sharon and Baxter Phillips award for students who participate in the Virtual ICP. There are ten $750 awards available.

Award decisions are made based on the following selection criteria:

Merit (60%)
Financial need (20%) - based on written statement and financial aid *FAFSA information for the current year will be checked*
Essay Question (20%)

Eligibility:

Have at least a 3.0 GPA (cumulative)
Fulfill the eligibility requirements for ICP
Participate in the Virtual ICP
Willingness to participate in donor stewardship activities

In a clear, thoughtfully prepared essay, introduce yourself and present your reasons for wanting to participate in the Virtual International Consulting Program. State what you expect to gain from the experience personally, academically, and professionally. Include ideas on how you may be able to share your experiences with the VCU community upon your return.

This scholarship has a need-based element; include any special personal or family circumstances affecting your need for financial assistance.
