Seeing Your Team

Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 9:00 AM until 12:30 PMEastern Standard Time

Teams exist to produce results. Yet teams are made up of human beings. Some teams get results, but burn their team members out and end up starting all over again, repeatedly. Other teams offer a congenial and friendly environment, but don’t know how to hold each other accountable for performance. As a leader, you want both: productivity (results) and positivity (optimal collaboration). Especially in these challenging times, it’s essential to understand your team’s strengths and what’s getting in your way. The Seeing Your Team session will give you the opportunity to take a step back and gain new lenses for seeing your team. Each participant will set aside 20 minutes or so to complete the Team Diagnostic Assessment Team Leader View (TLV) before our time together.  During our session, you’ll get your TLV results, and develop an understanding of your team’s profile, including their productivity attributes (e.g., Decision-Making, Accountability) and culture attributes (e.g., Trust, Constructive Interaction, Respect). Our interactive format will provide the opportunity to interact with other leaders to share your challenges and your wisdom when it comes to making a team more effective.
