During the four-session program (approximately 32 classroom hours), participants receive a Lean Six Sigma Overview and explanation of process improvement projects, walk through the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) and review lean tools for process improvement. Each participant will be required to select a project within his or her organization to run through the DMAIC methodology.  Green Belt Certification is awarded after the participant demonstrates a full understanding of the process and has completed his/her project.

Location: In person, at the VCU School of Business. 

Badge/Certification: Participants who successfully complete class requirements will receive a Credibly badge through VCU's digital badging program

Fees: $2,695 due in full at registration. Cost includes all materials, parking, lunch and access to online learning software.
