    Adam Sledd: Executive Director at Dominion Energy Innovation Center

    A serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and startup advisor, Adam previously led multi-million dollar grant projects for the US DOE and National Labs. Experience includes developing national certification and training programs in partnership with the Building Technologies Office, including the Green Lease Leaders certification. He has grown DEIC into Virginia’s only energy-focused incubator and accelerator, launching DEIC Accelerate in 2020 and supporting 40+ companies annually.

    Marnelle Fanfan studied Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources at Virginia State University and proceeded to work in local government, nonprofits and corporate. Marnelle is a trilingual Event Manager professional with solid experience in managing large scale events, skilled in translating plans into concrete designs, driving marketing campaigns to promote events, and ensuring flawless execution. Marnelle started her venture Marnelle Fanfan Enterprise in 2018.
