In this half day session, we’ll do an overview of common sources of conflict and how conflict plays out. We’ll spend time introducing and practicing coaching skills that can turn the conflict into something valuable and constructive. As a leader, you’ll leave more confident that you can help your team leverage their differences in a healthy and productive way.

Location: This course will run in person, at the VCU School of Business.

Fees: $200 due in full at registration. Fees include the cost for the materials and online learning platform access, and parking.
