Corporate Entrepreneurship is a process used to develop new ventures, products, or services inside existing organizations to create value and generate new revenue growth and profit through the use of entrepreneurial thought and action.  Corporate entrepreneurship sets the context for innovation and growth.  Organizations must be entrepreneurial if they are to survive and thrive in times of increased globalization and market disruption.

The Corporate Entrepreneurship course explores the practices and challenges involved when established companies initiate new business model innovations.  The course will leverage live action cases from senior leaders in Virginia based companies from a wide variety of vertical markets.
